Rio Hotel & Casino is set to initiate the hiring process for more than 100 full-time and part-time positions in its upcoming Canteen Food Hall and select roles across other food and beverage outlets within the resort.

This initiative precedes the January 2024 opening of the food hall， which promises a range of chef-inspired concepts alongside regional favourites.

Two distinct hiring events will be held at Rio’s Hash House A Go Go on 29th November and 6th December from 10am to 2pm， dedicated to filling positions for the Canteen Food Hall and other food and beverage roles within the resort.

Full-time positions offer a benefits package encompassing medical， dental， vision， wellness perks， various voluntary benefits and a 401(k) savings plan.

The available positions span roles such as cooks， attendants， stewards，Table games chefs， bus persons， baristas， bartenders and bartender apprentices. 

The hiring events aim to facilitate in-person interviews and immediate job offers conducted by Rio Las Vegas leadership and partners associated with the Canteen Food Hall.

This recruitment drive aligns with Rio Hotel & Casino’s recent initiatives under the management of Dreamscape Companies. In October 2023 the property introduced the Rio Rewards program， a property-wide loyalty initiative catering to both locals and visitors. Kevin Sweet， Chief Gaming Officer of the Rio， said: "We created a rewards program that would appeal to both locals and visitors alike."

Moreover， the establishment's partnership with IGT in June 2023 marked a step in improving gaming operations through the implementation of the IGT Advantage casino management system. This system enables personalised promotions and real-time rewards – augmenting the gaming experience for patrons.
